An amazing blend of merino wool, yak, and silk! This may be the perfect yarn! Can be used for any knitting or crochet projects, even weaving.

Merino wool is known for it softness, resilience and ability to keep you warm, even when wet. The insulating properties will also help keep you cooler in warm temperatures.

Yak fiber is even warmer than wool; it is incredibly soft, similar to cashmere but more durable. It also has the ability to provide warmth even when wet, like wool. It has a lovely handle and works up into a wonderful, buttery soft fabric.

The silk in this yarn provides luster and drape as well as wonderful insulating properties similar to those in wool and yak.

Incredibly soft, smooth and shimmery, any project made with this yarn will be a treasure for years to come. Perfect for shawls, scarves, wraps, and more that can be worn all year long.

Comes from a non-smoking home with cats.

My yarn is dyed is small batches, and as with all hand dyed yarns, each hank is unique and no two are exactly alike. If you will be using more than one hank in the same project, I recommend using two at the same time, working a row or two from the first, then a row or two from the second. This can help avoid unwanted color pooling and help disguise any differences between individual hanks.

Photos taken in natural light. I've done my best to provide a picture representing the color of the yarn, however, since colors vary on individual computers, what you receive may look a bit different.
